What we acquire

Character. Space. A workable plan.

Brussels properties with the potential to welcome groups thoughtfully. Each building is assessed on its own merits.

Photographic concept of a Brussels maison de maître, illustrating the type of townhouse we seek

1

Character townhouses

Character townhouses with generous shared rooms, enough bathrooms and sensible circulation. The relationship between shared rooms, private space and access matters as much as floor area.

Mixed-use buildings

2

Mixed-use buildings

Buildings where different uses can coexist sensibly, preferably with separate access. Layout, permitted use and the practical separation of activities need individual review.

Generous apartments

3

Generous apartments

Substantial apartments and duplexes with privacy, multiple bathrooms and workable ownership constraints. Common areas and co-ownership rules are part of the assessment.

In the city, connected to its life

Priority areas include Grand Place, Sablon, Porte de Namur and the Royal Park / business interface. The programme focuses on Brussels group stays, not party-house or remote-estate concepts.

Suitability comes before capacity

Where suitable, four guest suites for up to eight guests, alongside a genuine private resident area, are selection goals. These are not blanket permissions or confirmed capacities.

Eligibility, permitted use, circulation, privacy and ownership constraints must be assessed for each building.
